Broccoli/Cranberry Salad

Salad:
4-5 cups broccoli in 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup craisins

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 cup light mayo

Mix salad ingredients in a big bowl.

Dressing: Mix together and pour over salad. Let chill for several hours for best taste.

Serves: 8-ish
