For Mother's Day this year, Jared made me a very scrumptious hamburger and so I thought I'd share it with you.
He made his own patties and here's step by step instructions on that with the only difference is that Jared added finely chopped up onions to his meat. Next he grilled the hamburgers on our BBQ outside, he used charcoal briquettes, but any grill would work as well. I use our George Foreman indoor grill when he's not around.
Then the build-up was this:
Hamburger bun
Brianna's Caesar Dressing
Hamburger Patty
Pepper Jack Cheese
Tomato
Baby Spinach
Bacon
Mayo
For the complete dinner, we had homemade french fries and grilled corn on the cob.
It was so yummy!
Here's a healthy french fry recipe.

Horchata
HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!!!
Here a delicious recipe for Horchata, a delicious mexican drink! I've had it a few restaurants around here and this was better than any of them. I got it from a ward member who's mother-in-law is from Mexico. ENJOY!!
